Creating the perfect crash pad

I saw this luggage that transforms into a couch, and would love to incorporate it into my ideal Brooklyn crash pad loft.  Organizing a space that needs to accommodate lots of people in a single apartment would be a fun challenge.  I'd like to get a raw space, and build small sleep capsule style lofted bedrooms into it.  Like, six or seven private sleep spaces.  Which is better than the normal crash pad where you share a room and therefore may or may not have any privacy.  And I'd like lots of metal lockers for secured items and to organize bathroom items.  And for the living room... this couch:
